Live Online Microsoft Copilot
Workshops and Lectures
(Europe and US Timezones)
Bottom line: this is live online Copilot training built for teams and leadership across Europe and the US: 5 bookable formats, from a 90-minute executive briefing to a 4-week adoption relaunch, each with a public price and a real seat in my calendar.
I have run 260 of these sessions in 112 organisations since early 2022 (enough to know that a good 90 minutes beats a bad 3 hours, and that the format matters as much as the content). Everything below runs live, not a recording, and everything runs online, which turns out to be the easier version for almost everyone involved.
The ladder: 5 ways to book live online Copilot training
Employees need hands-on, role specific practice with their own files, not a generic feature tour. Microsoft's own adoption numbers show only 20 to 36 percent of paid Copilot seats get used in a given week, and that gap is exactly the problem live online Copilot training is built to close.
The ladder below runs from entry (a briefing or a lunch and learn) to department (a workshop) to organisation (a second wave or a champions programme). Prices are in USD, with EUR for European buyers. Last updated September 2026.
Every price below is a "from" price: it starts there and runs up to about 50 percent above it, depending on customisation, group size and how many sessions get booked.
What training do employees need for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Hands-on practice with their own files, not a demo of someone else's. That is the whole design behind this ladder: 5 live online formats, each solving a different part of the adoption problem, each with its own price below.
The logic is simple, even if most rollouts skip it. A briefing or a lunch and learn gets a small group real usage data fast, without asking anyone to commit a full afternoon. A workshop turns that into a habit, for a team that actually works together on the same files. The second wave and the champions programme come later, once you already know the first wave was not enough on its own. Most of the organisations I work with only need 1 or 2 rungs, not all 5.
01The Executive Briefing
90 minutes, live online, leadership team only. From $2,110 / €1,820. Built for the C-suite and senior leadership specifically, not a shorter version of the staff workshop (more on why that distinction matters on the Copilot executive briefing page, and on the broader Copilot training for executives page).
02Lunch and Learn
60 minutes, live online, up to 100 people, 1 app or 1 role. From $1,780 / €1,530. Sold as a pack of 4 or a paid monthly series, never a free webinar. Full detail on the Copilot lunch and learn page.
03The Team Workshop
2 hours, live online, hands-on, up to 20 people. From $2,110 / €1,820. This is the copilot workshop online format built for department-level, hands-on practice (above 20 people it becomes a lecture, not a workshop, and I would rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise). See the Copilot workshop page.
04The Second Wave
4 sessions of 2 hours over 4 weeks, up to 20 people, from $8,440 / €7,280. Built for rollouts that stalled, not first launches (for the diagnosis, read why rollouts stall and how Copilot adoption actually happens). The relaunch itself lives on the adoption workshop page.
05Champions in a Box
2 sessions of 2 hours, train the trainer, from $4,220 / €3,640. A ratio of roughly 1 champion per 20 employees is common guidance, and after 2 sessions your own people run future sessions themselves. More on the Copilot champions training page.
3 of the pages above have a specific version worth knowing about. If your team lives inside spreadsheets, there is a Copilot for finance teams workshop built around Excel. If you are training across Europe, Copilot training for European companies covers timezones, pricing and data residency in one place. And if Article 4 of the EU AI Act is on your desk, Copilot training that doubles as AI Act evidence is built for exactly that.
Built for Europe and US timezones
All 5 formats run live online, in English, scheduled for Europe (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics) and US East afternoons, 15:00 to 19:00 Israel time. I do not promise US West coverage, because promising a timezone I cannot reliably staff is worse than just saying so.
Live online copilot virtual training turns out to be the easier version for almost everyone on the buying side too: no travel budget, no room to book, and it is much easier to get finance, HR and IT onto the same screen at once for a session that fits inside a normal working morning. (The one thing it is not easier for is me, several timezones and a few early mornings a month, but that is my problem, not yours.)
Do you offer Copilot courses in English, live online, across time zones?
Yes. Every session runs live online in English, for teams in Europe and the US, scheduled around Europe first and US East afternoons. Nothing here is pre-recorded.
What clients say
Eyal Marcus, AI consultant and trainer, 260 sessions in 112 organisations, live online Copilot workshops for European and US companies, since early 2022. I have no commercial interest in Microsoft. I recommend Copilot because I use it daily and because the data on stalled adoption is real, not because anyone pays me to say so.
I write a weekly Hebrew AI newsletter called Don't Panic and host a podcast, Hands On AI, which means the material in every session gets tested against whatever Copilot actually does that month, not a curriculum written once and left alone. (The newsletter is Hebrew only, so if you are reading this page, you are not the audience for it, but it is where most of the testing happens.)
Balazs Furjes, Management Board, EIT Health
"Insights that make you think differently about what is coming, rather than a lecture about AI."
Paul Emmet, CEO, SIT UK
"The discussion continued long after the session was supposed to end."
Eden Dvir Zano, MD, EIT Hub Israel
After a global team meeting in Portugal: "Getting a mixed audience from different countries engaged is not simple."
Nobody ever regretted bringing me in front of their CEO
That is my own line, and I stand behind it. If you want a reference from an organisation your size, ask. I will connect you.
Frequently asked questions
What training do employees need for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Hands-on, role specific practice with their own files, not a generic demo. Microsoft's own data shows only 20 to 36 percent of paid seats get used weekly, and a single kickoff webinar rarely closes that gap. The ladder above (briefing, lunch and learn, workshop, second wave, champions) is built to close it in stages.
Do you offer Copilot courses in English, live online, across time zones?
Yes. All sessions run live online in English, for teams in Europe (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics) and US East, scheduled 15:00 to 19:00 Israel time. I do not commit to US West.
How much does Microsoft Copilot training cost?
With me, prices start from $1,780 / €1,530 for a 60-minute lunch and learn, up to $8,440 / €7,280 for the 4-week second wave relaunch. The full ladder and every from-price is above.
What is the difference between a lunch and learn, a workshop, and an executive briefing?
A lunch and learn is 60 minutes on 1 app or 1 role, for up to 100 people: a fast, practical starting point for a large group. A workshop runs longer, 2 hours, hands-on, capped at 20, because I actually want to watch people practise on their own files, not a shared demo screen. An executive briefing is different again, 90 minutes for the leadership team only: strategy and risk, not button-by-button practice. Depth goes up and group size comes down as you move from lunch and learn to workshop to briefing.
Can the programme be customised by role or department?
Yes. Lunch and learns are usually built around 1 app or 1 role (finance, HR, sales), and workshops and the second wave get built around that department's own files and use cases where possible. Tell me the audience on the intro call and the content follows.
Is a champions or train-the-trainer programme available?
Yes, Champions in a Box: 2 sessions of 2 hours, from $4,220 / €3,640, so your own people run future sessions after we finish. A ratio of roughly 1 champion per 20 employees is common guidance.
Who is Eyal Marcus, and why book him for Copilot training?
An AI consultant and trainer who has delivered 260 sessions in 112 organisations, including Intel, Amdocs, Sapiens and EY, live online, since early 2022. I write a weekly AI newsletter and host a podcast called Hands On AI, so the material stays current rather than frozen from whenever the deck was first built.
Can remote or hybrid teams join live online from different countries?
Yes, that is the normal case, not the exception. Most of my sessions already have people joining from 3 or 4 countries at once, and the format (live, interactive, screen-share heavy) works the same whether the room is 1 office or 10 kitchen tables. The only real constraint is the timezone band above, not the number of locations on the call.
Let's find the right rung on the ladder.
Leave your details and I will call you back. A first call takes 30 to 45 minutes, and by the end you will know which format fits your team. No deck, no obligation.
