Sweden, Denmark and Norway run on CET/CEST. Finland sits one hour ahead on EET. Both overlap comfortably with a normal Israel working day, so sessions land inside Nordic office hours without an early or late call on either side.

The full Nordics ladder starts from €1,530 for a Lunch and Learn and runs up to €7,280 to €10,920 for the Second Wave programme, quoted in EUR only, regardless of whether your organisation's home currency is SEK, DKK or NOK (Finland already uses EUR).

One general note on data protection: training runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and your organisation's own GDPR setup governs how that data is handled (see how data protection works across the region). Norway sits in the EEA rather than the EU, a real distinction, but it doesn't change how this training runs.

A Nordic room is rarely one language. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish colleagues sit in the same meeting, and most of them already work in English every day. So the session runs in English, and nobody gets left out halfway through a demo (a small thing, but it decides whether a workshop lands or gets politely tolerated).
