Copilot Training for European
Companies, in English,
in Your Timezone.
Bottom line: I run live online Copilot training for European companies, in English, scheduled for UK, Dutch, German and Nordic working hours. 5 formats on the ladder, from a 90-minute executive briefing to a 4-week adoption relaunch, priced from $1,780 to $8,440.
I am based in Israel, which sits inside every European working day (Tel Aviv is an hour or two off London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Stockholm, not the 8 or 9 hours it is from San Francisco). Nobody flies in. Nobody logs on at 6 a.m. to catch me.
Copilot training in Europe, built around your time zone
Yes, I run Copilot training in Europe for companies across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics, live online, entirely in English. Nobody books a flight, and nobody loses a working day to a time difference.
I'm Eyal Marcus, AI consultant and trainer. 260 sessions in 112 organisations so far, live online, for companies across Europe and the US, and I've been doing this since early 2022. (I also run a weekly Hebrew AI newsletter and a podcast on the side.)
The overlap is not a marketing line, it is a scheduling fact. A 10 a.m. session in Amsterdam is an 11 a.m. session for me (I also run US East afternoon sessions, 15:00 to 19:00 Israel time, though that is not what this page is about).
Do you offer Copilot training in English for European companies?
Yes. Sessions run live online, in English, for companies across the UK, Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics. No travel, either side.
Netherlands, Germany, the Nordics
Copilot training for European companies runs the same way regardless of country: live, online, entirely in English, on your own Microsoft tenant (I have never found a good reason to simplify the deck for one market and not another, so I don't). The differences between markets are practical, not stylistic.
Germany is the one market where I flag something extra: co-determination under section 87 BetrVG, on the agenda before the session, not after.
01Copilot Training Netherlands English
A live, English-language session for Dutch teams. Same ladder, same prices, scheduled for CET.
02Copilot Training Germany English
English-language delivery throughout. If a Betriebsrat is part of your rollout, that conversation happens early, not as an afterthought.
03Copilot Training Nordics
Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish teams, all in English, all live. The UK has plenty of English-language Copilot trainers. The Nordics do not, yet.
Pricing in dollars, euros and pounds
Last updated September 2026. Copilot training in Europe is priced below in three currencies, every figure a starting price, live online, per session (I have seen enough vague "final quotes" show up after a first call to want mine printed here instead).
Each price on this page is the starting point, and the range runs up to about 50% above it depending on customisation, group size and number of sessions. The Team Workshop, for example, runs from $2,110 to $3,160 / €1,820 to €2,730 / £1,560 to £2,340.
01Executive Briefing (90 minutes)
From $2,110 / €1,820 / £1,560. Leadership team only.
02Lunch and Learn (60 minutes)
From $1,780 / €1,530 / £1,320. One app or one role, up to 100 attendees.
03Team Workshop (2 hours)
From $2,110 / €1,820 / £1,560. Hands-on, up to 20 people.
04Second Wave (4 weeks, 4 sessions)
From $8,440 / €7,280 / £6,240. For rollouts that stalled, up to 20 people.
05Champions in a Box (2 sessions)
From $4,220 / €3,640 / £3,120. Train the trainer.
The ladder: briefing, workshop, second wave
The ladder starts small on purpose. An Executive Briefing or a Lunch and Learn gets one room comfortable with Copilot in an hour or two. A Team Workshop takes a department hands-on for 2 hours (clients almost always come back to book it for a second department once they have seen it work on the first). For a rollout that already stalled, the Second Wave rebuilds momentum over 4 weeks, and Champions in a Box trains a small group to run future sessions on their own.
All 5 formats and full pricing are on the live online Copilot workshops hub.
Data residency and the EU AI Act
Microsoft states that Microsoft 365 Copilot is compliant with its existing GDPR and EU Data Boundary commitments. Since 17 April 2026, an admin setting called Flex Routing can send some processing outside the EU Data Boundary under load unless it has been switched off, and Anthropic-provided models inside Copilot sit outside the Boundary either way. Full detail is on the Copilot GDPR and EU Data Boundary page. For EU AI Act Article 4 evidence, see the Article 4 training page, and for leadership-only sessions, the European leadership teams page.
I have no commercial interest in Microsoft. I just want your rollout to survive its first internal audit.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer Copilot training in English for European companies?
Yes. Copilot training for European companies runs live online, in English, for teams across the UK, Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics. No travel, on either side.
Can you train teams in the Netherlands, Germany, or the Nordics live online?
Yes. Same ladder, same live online format, delivered in English and scheduled for local working hours.
What time zone do sessions run in?
Sessions are scheduled for European working hours first. I am based in Israel, an hour or two off every European time zone, so there is no early call and no late one.
Is Microsoft Copilot GDPR compliant?
Microsoft states that Copilot is compliant with its existing GDPR and EU Data Boundary commitments for Microsoft 365 customers. Compliance of the service is not the same as compliance of your own deployment, which depends on your permissions and retention settings.
Does Copilot data stay inside the EU Data Boundary?
Mostly, yes, but since 17 April 2026 Flex Routing can route some processing outside the EU under load, unless an admin has disabled it. The GDPR and EU Data Boundary page covers exactly what to check.
How much does training cost in euros and pounds?
From €1,530 for a Lunch and Learn up to €7,280 for the 4-week Second Wave, with pound sterling published alongside above. Full pricing for all 5 formats is on the hub.
