A focused, 60-minute live online session on 1 Copilot app or 1 role, built for teams who need a fast, practical starting point rather than a full workshop. Short context up front, most of the hour on live demos using real tasks, time at the end for questions.

It sits below the team workshop on the ladder on purpose: the workshop is 2 hours and hands-on, this is the smaller commitment for a wider group who just needs to see what one app can do before deciding whether to go deeper.

60 minutes, live online, up to 100 people, sold as a pack of 4 or a paid monthly series (not Microsoft's own free Copilot webinar for employees, which is fine but generic, and not built around your team's actual files). Each session stays on 1 app, so the hour goes deep instead of skimming 4 apps badly. That focus is the whole point: broad and shallow does not stick, narrow and hands-on does.

A single session is a fine start, but most teams get more from a pack of 4 (1 app per session, across a quarter) or an ongoing monthly series, since ShareGate's own guidance is to train within 48 hours of licence assignment.

A pack of 4 suits an organisation that already knows which apps matter. A monthly series suits one that wants a standing habit: new hires get caught up, and existing staff get a refresher on whatever app is giving them trouble that month.

Either way, it stays a paid product, not a free public series, because the value is in the tenant-specific detail, not the headcount in the room.
